The thematic lectures (one lecture per day) will be given by Malabika Pramanik, University of British Columbia on:

  • Resolution of singularities for analysts: an introduction.
  • An analytic resolution of singularities algorithm in two dimensions.
  • A multidimensional resolution of singularities algorithm with applications to analysis.

    There will be a special lecture by G. B. Folland, University of Washington on "Some representations of the discrete Heisenberg group".
