Research
Currently I am pursuing PhD. from Visva-Bharati, India. My research interests are in Document Processing, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, clustering in high dimensional space and their applications. I am under the supervision of Prof. Swapan Kr. Parui of ISI and Dr. Utpal Roy of Visva-Bharati.
Thesis title: Statistical and Neural Models for Colour Image Segmentation and their Applications in Text Seperation.
Job Description
Working as research scientist in a project team at CVPRU, ISI. We are developing a system for online recognition of Bangla handwriting. This is a complex pattern recognition problem that requires application of different learning techniques. This project is funded by Govt. of India.
