This tutorial covers the basics of Pattern Recognition and Learning. Bayes decision rule, Minimum distance classifier, K-nn rule, clustering, feature selection criteria, feature slection algorithms, Perceptron, and basics of statistical learning theory and suppoert vector machines are introduced here.
