A limited number of partial registration fee (conference / tutorial) waiver, travel and/or local hospitality fellowships are available for Indian students and researchers. 

• The fellowship for student^* includes III-tier non-AC sleeper class train fare (via shortest route) and/or local hospitality including boarding and lodging.

• For senior faculty, III-tier AC sleeper class train fare (via shortest route) and/or local hospitality including boarding and lodging may be given.

Those having some partial funding will be given priority.  Authors who have registered may be given partial fellowship to cover travel and local hospitality. The Organizing Committee depending on the budget and number of applications will decide the extent and number of fellowships.

The last date for application is September 21st, 2004. 
The applicants will be notified by October 15, 2004.
