Psychology Research Unit of the Indian Statistical Institute contributes deeply to the dissemination of knowledge in Psychological measurements and Statistics through different skill development training programs. In 2015-17 financial years, we conducted several skill building programs as (a)Data Visualization, (b) Psychological challenges in research on Diabetes,(c)Data analytics,(d)Critical challenges in school Psychology,(e)Contingency table for estimating mortality and morbidity,(f)Data Mining.Indian Academy of health Psychology, Indian School Psychology Association, Indian Institute of public Health participated into several programs as collaborators.Recently we completed workshop on Interest profile Similarity.
Intelligence is one of the major cognitive abilities.In assessment of cognitive abilities, the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) is widely used as it assesses both fluid and crysalized intelligence.In this workshop, we will use WAIS-IV as it is an individually administered clinical instrument designed to assess the cognitive ability of adolescents and adults aged 16 years 0 months to 84 years 11 months.This workshop aims at dissemination of knowledge about Recent advancement of Researches in WAIS besides its theory, description, administration, interpretation and applications in clinical and non-clinical set-up.

constricting the understanding of the Essence in a particular
manifestation only),
5: Om, Peace, Peace, Peace (be there in the three levels - Adhidaivika,
Adhibhautika and Adhyatmika).
