The following is a list, as of 19 August 2002, of persons from
outside India, who are likely to participate in the Symposium.

to
participate  in the Symposium.

All those who have not yet sent abstracts of the papers for the
Symposium are requested to send the abstracts by 31 August
and the
papers by 30 September 2002. Those who have not yet
contacted the
Coordinator/confirmed their participation
in the sympopsium,
are requested to do so at the earliest.

The papers submitted for presentation will be pre-refereed and
those accepted will appear in ELECTRONIC NOTES IN DISCRETE
MATHEMATICS. There will be further thorough refereeing of all the
papers, for inclusion in the Proceedings which will appear as a
special volume of the journal DISCRETE MATHEMATICS. The special
volume will have

Details regarding the sympoisum have been given in the First
Announcement. The Workshop to be conducted just before the
Symposium is being funded partly by the Department of Science
a
nd Technology of the Government of India.

The registration fee may be paid after being informed of the
acceptance of the paper for presentation in the symposium /
application for participating in the Workshop, by bank draft
drawn in favour of Indian Statistical Institute and payable at
Kolkata.
