About Me


I am a research scholar at the Machine Intelligence Unit (MIU), Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata, India, working under the supervision of Prof. Sanghamitra Bandyopadhyay. I have completed the master’s degree in computer sciecne and engineering (M.Tech.) in 2014, with specialization in Bioinformatics availing GATE scholarship(2012-2014), from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Kalyani, West Bengal, India. Prior to this I had completed B.Tech degrees in Computer Science and Engineering during 2008 to 2012 from WBUT. My broad research interests include Network Topology, Colored Network Motifs, Machine Learning, Computational Biology.
