Supergeometry and periods from parametrized Feynman integrals

Abstract

In this talk, I present a generalization of parametrized Feynman integrals to include graphs with both fermionic and bosonic propagators. I show that this generalization enables us to naturally associate a large class of superprojective varieties to such graphs, with the corresponding Feynman integrals as their periods. I will also talk about the arithmetic and motivic aspects of this construction and point to a still largely-unexplored relationship between Feynman graphs and mirror symmetry in string theory. The results presented in this talk were obtained in collaboration with Matilde Marcolli.
