| Abstract |
| Torus manifolds were introduced and first studied by Hattori and Masuda. Recently Masuda and Panov have described the cohomology ring structure of a torus manifold. We shall describe the topological K-ring of a class of torus manifolds which in particular, include the class of quasi- toric manifolds. |
