The Indian Statistical Institute mourns the untimely demise of the

 past President of the Indian Statistical Institute Society, Sri Bibek

Debroy and extends deepest sympathy to his family, friends and

coworkers. Sri Debroy was the President of the Indian Statistical

   Institute Society for two consecutive terms, 2018-20 and 2020-22.

  The institute acknowledges his meticulous guidance and inspiring
