Oral presentations will be limited to 10 minutes, 8 minutes presentation and 2 minutes for questions/discussion.

Facilities  will be provided for Power Point presentations.


Posters, written in English, will be displayed each day following the “ Conference Theme” for the day.


1. Posters should be 1000mm in height and 800mm in width.

2. Appropriate Font size may be selected for easily readability from a distance of 2 meters.

3. Use of standard format such as following may be adopted;


Title of the paper, Authors, affiliation and details for correspondence.

Title may be composed of CAPITAL letters at least 25mm high.

Introduction ( background, statement of problem, purpose / objectives)

 Methods (experimental design, techniques)

 Results (data summary, findings)

Conclusions (interpretations, implications)

Avoid large, continuous blocks of text.

Use figures (graphs, charts and illustrations) with appropriate captions and legends, ensuring that they are legible.

Keep your poster simple and provide a clear “take home” message.

Authors may also consider having supplementary information relevant to the work for the distribution to the participants

Please note that:

Authors are requested to be available during the periods of designated poster sessions.

Authors will be responsible for putting up and removing their posters.

All poster must be removed by 18.00 hours each day.
