Enter the rule which to follow(from 0 to 255th).                                                                        
Enter the no.(in decimal) from which will be converted using the given rule
note that the quadruple of the limit can be 100 digits maximum.                                        
Enter the no.(in decimal) upto which will be converted using the given rule
note that the quadruple of the limit can be 100 digits maximum.                                        
Enter the limit for number of iterations(from 0 to 32767).                                                     


The above Program is designed to check whether a given IVT is Collatz like or not.
