Individuality studies in hand writing

Handwriting individuality and writer identification are approached using attributes extracted by algorithms operating on scanned handwriting. Software to compute handwriting attributes so as to automatically match two samples of handwriting from the viewpoint of writership will be presented. The impact of the results on the study on questioned document examination field will also be described.
