Authors' Instructions for Preparing Camera-ready Manuscript
WE WILL ACCEPT FINAL CAMERA READY VERSION ONLY IN LATEX USING THIS World Scientific Publishing style file.
How to prepare Camera-ready Manuscript for paper number 999
Download World Scientific Publishing style file and extract them in a directory.
Check ws-procs11x85-sample.pdf and ws-procs11x85.pdf.
Choose according the required tex file (ws-procs11x85-sample.tex or ws-procs11x85.tex) to write the camera-ready version and rename it as 999.tex.
if you may have a separate .bib file (as shown in ws-procs11x85.tex) name (or rename ws-pro-sample.bib) as 999.bib (and similar change in in tex file) or
include bib items in your original tex file (as in ws-procs11x85-sample.tex)
If you are using figures use .eps and name them as 999_1.eps, 999_2.eps etc.
Prepare your 999.pdf file.
Download the WSPCopyright form print it and fill it up and then sign it. Scan the signed version and save it in PDF format (999_crf.pdf)
Create a directory 999. Copy all source file - 999.tex, 999_*.eps (999.bib if any), pdf version of your camera-ready manuscript 999.pdf and the scanned version of signed copyright form (999_crf.pdf).
Zip the directory (999.zip) and mail it to email@example.com, with subject: Camera-ready 999 and please mention
- list of authors
- contact author's email
in the body of the mail.
Please maintain the DEADLINE OF
October 1, 2006 (softcopy by e-mail)
October 7, 2006 (hardcopy by post)
Your hardcopy of Camera-ready manuscript, complete registration form and signed copyright form should reach

on or before 7th October 2006.
EACH PAPER must be presented by an author of the paper, who therefore is required to register to the conference by the time the camera-ready version is sent in. The registration is a condition for inclusion of the paper (with proper format) in the proceedings.
