School on Programming with Python:
Applications to Cosmology and Nonlinear Dynamics

March 18-23, 2019


The primary target of the school is to provide a first course on Python followed by its applications to modern aspects of Cosmology and Nonlinear Dynamics. There will be lectures and hands-on session on Python programming for the first two days after which students will be divided into two groups based on their specialized interests (Cosmology/ Nonlinear Dynamics). The target audience are mostly Advanced Masters and Doctoral students actively working on either of these two fields.

Since an essential part of the school will be hands-on sessions, all the participants are requested to bring along their laptops.

This school is being hosted by the Physics and Applied Mathematics Unit of Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata.
