Abstract
How any work group be designed and managed so it meets
or exceeds the criteria of Organizational Effectiveness ? It would have
been nice if there were simple and straight forward answer to this
problem but unfortunately there are not. We have primarily attempted to
build a model of team effectiveness that can guide a manager in
identifying the action that will enhance team effectiveness in various
kinds of tasks and organizational circumstances. |
