ScaNGraF: Scalable Non-Linear Graph Fusion for Prioritizing Cancer-Causing Genes


Software:

  1. Executable Code for Single-Thread Implemetation of ScaNGraF

  2. Executable Code for Multi-Thread Implemetation of ScaNGraF

  3. The source code of the ScaNGraF algorithm is written in C language and compiled in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64-bit OS. Download the compressed executable code (e.g. scangraf_multi_thread.tar.gz) from the corresponding link and then follow the instructions from terminal/console:

    $tar -xf scangraf_multi_.tar.xz
    $chmod +x scangraf_multi_thread
    $./scangraf_multi_thread
