1. The participants who made and sent draft before 22/09/2016 will be allowed to attend the workshop after they submit drafts with extended validity, with early registration charges.

2. The participants who registered by 13/09/16, but have not completed the payment, will be allowed to attend the workshop after they submit drafts or make cash payment on the day of the workshop, with early registration charges.

3. We are unable to make individual acknowledgments about payments made. However, those who have sent drafts or have received acknowledgments from their bank about payment being made to the said account can consider themselves registered, and are invited to attend the workshop. Others must complete the payment through draft or cash at spot registration desk at workshop venue on 20/12/16

4. Spot registration on 20/12/16 at registration desk will accept payment through draft or cash only.

5. Participants from ISI, Kolkata can register by 20/12/2016 with early registration fees.
