Call for Participation
Indian Statistical
Institute (ISI), an institute of national importance, was founded in 1931 by
the visionary Professor Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis. The Institute has
earned international laurels in a wide spectrum of disciplines spanning
Statistics, Mathematics, Computer and Communication sciences, Biological
sciences, Physical and Earth sciences, Social sciences, and Statistical
Quality Control and Operations Research. A year-long celebration of the
Platinum Jubilee of the Institute during 2006-07 will comprise a series of
events.
The Computer and
Communication Sciences Division of the Institute is organizing an
international conference in the areas of the topics listed below. The program
of this event includes tutorials and invited talks by eminent scientists, and
contributed papers by researchers from academia and industry all over the
world. Original contributions are solicited in each of the following
conference tracks. The main topics covered under each track are listed below.
Paper submission is not limited to the topics listed under each track. Any paper
following the theme of the track will be considered.
