List of Participants
The response of the participants from different parts of the country
is really very promising. Due to our logistic (mainly accommodation)
and financial limitations, we could select finite number of participants.
As the number of submitted abstracts has exceeded the maximum limit
so it's not possible for us to accommodate everyone in oral presentation.
But on the other hand we don't want to discourage the participants either.
Therefore, we have decided to arrange for a poster presentation session

- The selected participants will have to
send their acceptance by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org latest by Saturday, February 28, 2015. If we do not
receive email notification by the above mentioned date confirming your
participation, it will be assumed that you are no longer interested to
attend and the vacancy shall be offered to another applicant.
- Oral presentations shall be for 15 minutes plus
5 minutes for question-answer session. A multimedia projector and a computer
running Windows, including Power Point and Acrobat Reader will be provided
in the lecture hall. The oral presentation should be in the form of a pdf
or Power Point file. You are welcome to bring the talk on your own laptop
(Windows, Mac or Linux). If you choose to bring a CD or flash memory,
please make it Windows-readable.
- The poster size should be 2 X 3 ft to a
maxium of 3 X 4 ft.
- Conference kits, tea, coffee, light refreshments,
lunch and one-day special dinner will be provided to all the selected
participants. Breakfast and regular dinner will be given to those only who
have got accommodation here for this event.
- Selected participants are expected to stay for
the whole duration. The participation certificates and travel fare (bus
and/or AC3 by train) will be given on the production of copy of the
tickets only on the last day of the event.
