About OCDD





Here, the tables which contain all datas that are used in this database.

Each disease is having a unique "association_id" which is needed disease-specific data extraction. Each gene has a unique "gene symbol" which is the identifier for extracting gene related informations.

Table1 contains information about how much the disease is co-morbid with obesity carrying the PUBMED results, the no. of genes associated with the diseases and disease specific unique association id.
