Guidelines for Submission of Manuscripts for Review

Submission Procedure: Electronic version (PDF only) of full papers not exceeding SIX pages in the IEEE conference proceedings format should be submitted for double blind review through the online paper submission system available in the following link. Submitted papers should follow standard academic ethics.

Important Notes

  • All papers will undergo double-blind review process.
  • Names and Affiliations of the authors MUST NOT be included anywhere in the paper during the initial submission.
  • Self-references must be made in third person.
  • Any attempt to reveal author details at the time of initial submission may lead to rejection of the paper without further processing.
