My major research interests are in the following domains:

1. Semi-parametric Bayesian Mehtods
2. Longitudinal Data Analysis
3. Analysis of Large Scale Data
4. Computational Statistics
5. Biostatistics
6. Wireless Communications

My thesis work was on modelling the covariance structure of the complex longitudinal data in a Bayesian framework with application to Genetic data. I had exposure to work with various genetic datasets during my graduate studies at Penn State University. Later I was involved in Bayesian model selection problems and semiparametric Bayesian modelling of univariate and multivariate longitudinal data. Recently, I am also interested in the state estimation and object tracking uing wireless sensor networks.

I do both independent and collaborative research works. I have worked with Biologists, Geneticists, Medical practitioners, Physicists and Engineers.
