Call for Poster Presentation
SPACE 2019 promotes and invites the young researchers (students, researchers who have recently completed their degree, researchers working in academia, industry or elsewhere) to present their ongoing research projects, challenges dealt with in their research domain and prospective new research directions that are in-line with the theme of the conference.
Submission
- For participation in Young Researchers' Forum & present poster in the conference, an abstract of maximum 1000 words needs to be submitted.
- The abstract for the poster presentation should be submitted at poster.space2019@gmail.com
- The submission should be supported/corroborated by theoretical foundations, experiments, results, or experiences.
- The submission will be reviewed by the Reviewing Committee. The accepted submissions will get the chance to present their work in poster format during the poster session in SPACE 2019.
- The maximum and recommended poster size is A0.
- The submitted abstracts or posters will be not published in the conference proceedings and the authors will retain the copyright to publish their studies in future conference and/or journals.

- The payment details are mentioned here.
- The best submissions will be recognized with certificates and awards.
- The registration fees of the presenting students of the top three submissions will be waived off and depending on the available funding, SPACE may provide waivers/financial support to the participating authors (especially students, at least the ones presenting).
- The participants registered in poster session can attend all conference events that are scheduled from December 5th to 7th, 2019.
- Tutorials are scheduled on December 3rd and 4th, 2019. Poster presenters can avail these by registering in it at discounted rates as detailed in above table.
