Library Regulations
The Central Library is committed to providing a welcoming, secure, and resource-rich environment for learning, teaching, and research. All members are requested to follow the library regulations to ensure equitable access to collections, digital resources, study spaces, and library services.
General Rules & Guidelines
Use of any library facility constitutes acceptance of the rules and regulations of the Central Library. These regulations supersede all previous versions and are intended to maintain discipline, protect library resources, and ensure a productive academic environment for all users.

Membership Card
Members must carry and produce a valid Library Membership Card whenever requested. Library facilities cannot be used without a valid membership card. -
Non-transferable Membership
Library membership cards are strictly personal and must not be shared, loaned, or transferred to another individual. -
Maintain Silence
Users are expected to maintain silence inside the library and avoid activities that may disturb others. -
Care of Library Materials
Books, journals, and other resources should be handled carefully. Damage or loss of library materials may attract penalties as per library rules. -
Responsible Use of Digital Resources
Electronic resources should be used only for academic and research purposes in accordance with licensing agreements.
